Shipping Policy
Packages ship from our facility twice weekly. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
We are currently shipping to most of the world, though parts of some regions (Europe, in particular) are still unavailable. If you are in a place where we currently cannot ship, sign up for our mailing list to be notified when additional shipping regions become available.
Return Policy
Have a problem with your order? We'll do our best to fix it for you. Just send us an email or use the contact form, describe your issue, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
If you need to return an item, we will arrange to provide you a return shipping label. Once your item is received and inspected, you will be issued a refund, minus shipping cost.
