Background

I'm not good at beating around the bush, so I'm going to give it to you straight up; I am a graphic designer, and I am damn good at it.

I've spent the past ten years of my life learning as much as I could about communication, design technology, presentation, writing...anything and everything revolving around graphic design. It started with an experiment in web design when I was 12, and has now expanded into a passionate interest in communication.

Communication is about the way we as humans interact and react, and it is affected by a million variables: memories, body language, mood, previous encounters, minor decisions, chemical balances in the body...the list goes on. I find it fascinating how misunderstandings happen so easily, yet could be avoided by careful communication from both parties; how any two people can learn to understand each other if only they can understand key principles; and how one word can change the course of our lives.

But as much as I love the complexities of human interaction, I still just can't resist a kickass visual style. I am very inspired by constructivism, I am particularly interested in color use, and all my work is laced with tension.
